Tomoana Warehousing Ltd has recently expanded its operation into Tauranga, opening up a depot and warehouse near the Port of Tauranga. The new site provides truck parking for our northern fleet along with Tomoana offering warehousing and logistics services similar as we do in Hawkes Bay. Many of our compliance registrations and have been mirrored with the new site in Tauranga so we can offer the same great service to our customers.

This move is part of Tomoana Warehousing’s growth strategy, linking Hawkes Bay to Tauranga, across to Hamilton and Auckland. 42% of New Zealand’s freight moves through the “Golden Triangle” of Auckland/Hamilton/Tauranga, and we want to be positioned for this anticipated growth.

With many Container Lines concentrating their shipping schedules through Tauranga, we have made the conscious decision to follow the freight, and remain involved with those customers that will push their cargo through Tauranga.
